STEVE RANSHAW, the vice president of Anderes Development Group and Anderes Custom Homes, possesses over 20 years of urban planning and design, land development and home production experience. He has worked for the City of Indianapolis and was the vice president of operations for a large regional developer and homebuilder. Prior to joining the Anderes Companies, Ranshaw was responsible for operations providing over 2,000 developed lots, constructed homes and home sales per year in the Greater Chicago-land area. |
